Sundance completes investment in Guardhouse

Sundance Growth Management LLC (Sundance), a United States-based growth equity firm, has completed its investment in Guardhouse Pty Ltd (Guardhouse), a leading workforce management platform purpose-built for physical security providers.

Sundance specialises in investing in mission-critical Business-to-Business Software as a Service (B2B SaaS) businesses, providing founders with flexible capital and hands on support to scale both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

The transaction supports Guardhouse in accelerating its global footprint while enabling Sundance to continue growing its international portfolio of B2B SaaS companies. 

Sundance engaged BDO to undertake financial and tax due diligence on Guardhouse. The engagement was led by Byron Watson, Partner, Deal Advisory, and Chris Paull, Partner, Tax.
