Bob Andersen

Bob specialises in the development and delivery of major programs. He calls upon a broad capability set that marries against his teams’ offering of ‘end to end project solutions, from visioning to delivery’.

His problem solving approach is based on having a strong understanding of the overall vision of a program, and how identified barriers impede the achievement of this vision. This provides him with a laser focus on the issues that matter, and facilitate flexible response selection to efficiently address the key elements and achieve the required outcome. He builds ‘coalitions of the willing’ and is renowned for his ability to empower followers to deliver beyond their known capabilities.

Before joining BDO, Bob commenced his career in consulting at a global accounting firm, serving major defence, government, health and financial services clients. Prior to consulting he had a long career as a psychologist.
