Cate Pozzi

Cate is a Director within the IFRS & Corporate Reporting team at BDO in Melbourne. An experienced chartered accountant, she has over 20 years of applied knowledge in interpreting and applying Australian and International accounting standards.

With experience gained across a variety of sectors - including banking, logistics and professional services - Cate is able to identify the most important issues for her clients. This allows her to provide practical guidance on the application of financial reporting requirements, rather than just focusing on the theoretical requirements.

Cate’s strong technical accounting skills, along with her practical abilities, enable her to expertly interpret and apply accounting standards. In addition, she has provided guidance on the ethical and regulatory requirements applicable to chartered accountants.
