Cecilia is a Director in BDO’s Risk Advisory team based in Sydney. She has more than 11 years of experience delivering and providing assurance over complex transformation programs, with experience spanning both in-house transformation roles and professional services advisory engagements.

Drawing on experience gained from both delivery and assurance roles, Cecilia brings a practical, delivery-informed perspective to independent program assurance. In her current role, she provides objective advice and assurance to executive stakeholders, steering committees and program leaders, helping organisations strengthen governance, support informed decision-making and maintain confidence in program delivery and outcomes.
