Gary Douglas

Gary is a Partner in the Melbourne Business Services team. Gary has more than 25 years of experience in a specialist tax, business services and corporate finance services with a strong presence in the SME market, as well as managing significant family business clients.

Gary provides advice on a broad range of business, tax and accounting issues from business and tax structures, tax compliance and consulting to a range of SMEs and corporates incorporating tax, CGT. GST, FBT and specialist areas. He has been the lead advisor on a number of transactions in the SME market which have included due diligence, procurement of purchasers and negotiations.
