He has over 20 years’ experience helping clients execute successful merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. Greg’s career is characterised by helping clients realise their strategic goals while guiding them through M&A process complexities, providing preparation, due diligence, completion, and post-deal support.

Throughout his career, he has advised corporate and private equity clients across a broad range of industries. Greg’s approach is client-centric, underpinned by a commitment to delivering tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique goals and challenges. He prides himself on providing strategic and commercial guidance that empowers clients to make informed decisions, optimising their M&A outcomes.

Prior to joining BDO, Greg was managing director and transaction services lead at an independent advisory firm, and transaction services partner at a global accounting firm.
