Ishan is a Director in the Deal Advisory team and has over ten years' of experience gained in BDO’s Sydney and India offices.

Ishan has in-depth understanding and expertise in business, equity and intangible assets valuations for strategic, transactional and regulatory purposes, including purchase price allocations and independent expert’s reports.

Ishan leads the preparation of PPAs that are required for financial reporting valuation requirements pursuant to Business Combinations (ASC 805) and International Financial Reporting Standard 3: Business Combinations (IFRS 3).

Ishan also has experience across a range of advisory work, including financial modelling and analysis, business plan review, independent expert reports and valuations of holdings such as equity, preferred stocks, warrants, and options, using robust financial models and based on complex preferential rights.
