• Assisted a government trading enterprise through year end including preparation of accounting position papers, drafting financial statement and documenting key finance processes and controls
• Helped a large State Government Department (Victoria) to remediate significant audit findings and improve financial governance and reporting practices.

Asset accounting

• Reformed fixed asset registers to remediate significant audit findings and align asset accounting and asset management information for governance and reporting purposes
• Transformed asset accounting and reporting processes to improve financial governance and capital investment decisions. 

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) accounting support

• Provided purchase price allocation analyses 
• Led post-merger finance integration programs
• Supported the integration of finance functions post machinery of government changes
• Supported entities to separate their finance functions are part of demerger events.

Finance function improvement

• Redesigned and implemented improved management reporting for a number of government and private sector entities
• Reformed financial governance and reporting frameworks including chart of accounts redesign and remediation, financial process and controls reviews and finance function capability uplift.
