Transfer Pricing

Executive Summary

Executive summary

Jital is a Director in BDO's Transfer Pricing team, based in the Sydney office, and is a trusted adviser to multinational groups on complex cross-border transfer pricing matters.

She has extensive experience across the full spectrum of transfer pricing services, including compliance, advisory and policy design, and works closely with clients to develop practical and commercially aligned outcomes that meet Australian and international regulatory requirements.

Jital supports both Australian-headquartered groups and multinational organisations on transfer pricing compliance and advisory matters, including Australian transfer pricing documentation, Australian Taxation Office (ATO) reviews, country-by-country reporting and broader cross-border issues, helping clients navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments with clarity and confidence.

She also has experience advising on more complex transfer pricing matters, including financial transactions, cross-border structuring and value chain considerations, and works with clients to ensure their transfer pricing positions are both defensible and aligned with their commercial operations.

Prior to joining BDO in 2017, Jital worked in corporate and international tax at a large accounting firm in India and also held an in-house tax role, giving her a strong understanding of both adviser and client perspectives in managing cross-border tax matters.
