Jodi is a Director in Business Restructuring based in our Brisbane office. A Chartered Accountant with more than 17 years of experience, Jodi has worked across business restructuring, insolvency, funds management and largescale class action settlement administrations.

Jodi is known for her calm, structured and solutions-oriented approach, with strengths in operational design, financial oversight and risk management. Her work is characterised by an ability to translate complex program requirements into clear, efficient workflows and system configurations, while leading teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Specialising in high-volume administrations, Jodi has expertise across large scale class action distributions and complex government grant assessment processes. With deep experience in digital claims systems and a strong focus on quality and regulatory compliance, Jodi helps clients navigate complex programs with confidence, precision and integrity.

Experience

• Leading the team responsible for the joint administration of a $400M class action settlement involving over 20,000 registrants
• Managing and leading large national teams to process and assess claims for numerous QLD and NSW Government grants and loans
• Managing a variety of insolvency engagements
• Quality lead for a National Quality team which includes responsibility for supporting firms in all activities that relate to independence, conflicts of interest and ethics, regulatory compliance activities and quality risk management.
