  • Renewable energy entity - Supported a NASDAQ listing, including conversion of financial statements to US GAAP and ongoing finance support
  • Infrastructure public private partnerships (PPP) - Provided structuring and transaction support from bid stage through to implementation, including establishing financial reporting frameworks and policies for joint venture participants.

Public sector accounting advisory

  • Government entities - Delivered audit readiness and remediation support, including accounting for complex transactions such as PPP’s, joint ventures and infrastructure investments, as well as whole-of-government financial reporting impacts.

Financial reporting and remediation

  • ASX-listed entity - Supported the restatement of financial statements, including remeasurement and reclassification of costs, liaison with auditors and audit committee, and implementation of strengthened accounting policies and processes.

Regulatory, dispute and advisory

  • Private and public sector clients - Advised on accounting and structuring implications of complex contractual arrangements, including impacts on financial statements, systems and processes
  • Legal and regulatory matters - Supported dispute resolution and investigations by assisting with regulator engagement and strengthening disclosure practices
  • Sustainability reporting - Assisted organisations in understanding and implementing sustainability reporting requirements.
