Lilian Luu

Lilian is a Partner in the Business Services team based in Sydney, with a focus on corporate and family governance, outsourced finance function and business growth advisory.

Lilian gained experience working for reputable firms in Australia and abroad, which extended to managing portfolios in Australia, UK, Western Europe, US and China.

Winning the prestigious industry award Young Accountant of the Year in Australia, the panel of judges noted, “She is always looking to garner information in her personal quest for professional excellence. Despite being extremely busy, Lilian always seems to find time for others.”

Lilian currently operates across a broad client base, including private and family enterprise, fast-growing businesses and subsidiaries of multinationals. Naturally inquisitive and analytical, she understands the operational risks and financial issues that organisations confront every day. Lilian delivers solutions to address these requirements, while also seizing valuable opportunities for growth and improvements.

Lilian adopts an entrepreneurial and growth mind-set; continuously looking for improved ways to pro-actively service clients.  She places emphasis on building genuine relationships with her peers and clients. Whether it be advising on ‘professionalising’ a family business or effectively outsourcing a finance function, she goes the extra mile to make sure the people she works with are heard and cared for.
