Marcus is a Tax Partner with BDO in Sydney.  His advice is both practical and realistic, motivated by a keen understanding of commercial drivers and tax law.

Marcus advises listed corporate groups, private family enterprises and government departments on a range of domestic and international taxation issues. He has in-depth experience advising clients on leverage and non-leverage finance leases, Capital Gains Tax, restructures, acquisitions and / or divestments, employee share plans, tax effect accounting, Fringe Benefits Tax and general tax planning. Marcus also provides specialised tax compliance corporate governance services to large private groups, ASX-listed companies and international entities. He is a sought-after speaker and regular presenter of technical papers for the Taxation Institute of Australia, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and CPA Australia, and has been widely quoted in leading business magazines on tax law developments.
