Nicole is Chief Client Officer (CCO) for BDO in Australia and a strategic growth leader.

In her role, Nicole leads the firm’s client-centric growth agenda across all service lines and sectors. Working in partnership with the Chief Executive Partner and other senior leaders, Nicole focuses on deepening client relationships, expanding market share and strengthening the firm’s brand positioning. She is responsible for BDO’s national client and growth strategy, as well as internal and external communications, marketing and business development.

Nicole has more than 20 years’ experience in professional services, shaping growth strategies and leading cross-functional teams across Australia and London. Recognised for driving market expansion, enhancing client loyalty and embedding client-centric cultures, Nicole brings a unique blend of strategic breadth as a growth leader, the commercial precision of a former Chartered Accountant, and the insight of an accredited executive coach.
