Peter is a Partner in BDO’s Deal Advisory team in Perth, focusing on transactions services and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He leads BDO’s National Food & Agribusiness Sector Group. Peter is also one of BDO Australia’s two International Liaison Partners.

His strength lies in the public markets and private mergers and acquisitions space, facilitated by his extensive business community network.

Peter is committed to continuous improvement first and foremost, as it relates to helping individuals learn and develop.

He joined BDO in 1998 and was appointed Partner in 2006. He also has experience working in BDO’s New York and Melbourne offices.

• Over 25 years’ experience advising companies—ranging in size from ASX 100 to large family operations—on identifying and executing transactions
• Public market corporate transactions experience, including listing companies on various exchanges, with a particular focus on the ASX and the Toronto, London, and AIM exchanges
• Facilitating a number of M&A transactions, advising on both the buy- and sell- side.
