Sean Weldon

Sean is a Director within the National Audit Quality team. 

With a focus and passion for learning and development, Sean supports the audit service line in all activities which impact audit quality.

Prior to working with BDO, Sean held a position of Associate Professor at a university in South Africa.  He was responsible for the course material and co-ordination of Financial Accounting and Reporting at a Post Graduate level.  Sean has previously been a partner in an auditing firm in South Africa where his focus was on audit quality and the career development of his staff.

• Bachelor of Commerce
• Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting
• Master’s Degree in Commerce
