• Steven became Managing Partner following the Brisbane firm’s integration with BDO’s Sydney and Melbourne offices in 2020. Have led the Deal Advisory service line locally and nationally for some time, he now leads the partnership and teams to continually build on BDO’s reputation for exceptional client service, and leverage the benefits of increased collaboration.

Partner, Deal Advisory, 1997 to current

• Steven specialises in deal advisory, having led engagements for business sales, capital raisings, acquisitions, restructures, and private company transactions. Working with multi-million-dollar companies, he has prepared financial models, IERs, and investigating accountant’s reports for public and private company transactions, and managed valuations and due diligence processes across a wide range of sectors.
