Tim is a Partner in the Corporate & International Tax team, based in our Adelaide office.

As a tax professional with more than 30 years’ experience at global accounting firms, Tim has developed strong tax technical knowledge and ability, and prides himself on building long-term, trusted client relationships. He is known for his ability to translate complex tax matters into practical, easy‑to‑understand advice, ensuring clients feel supported and confident in navigating their tax challenges.

Tim has provided tax advice to a variety of private and public companies, in a range of industries, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions, international tax, tax governance, liaising with the ATO, tax consolidations and tax effect accounting. He has built strong networks in the tax community, including with the ATO, State Revenue Office and fellow tax lawyers and accountants.

Tim joined BDO in 2020, and his previous experience includes working as a Special Adviser in the Tax & Private Clients team at a global accounting firm, working as a private consultant and he was also a Tax Partner at a global accounting firm.
