Acquisition of Northern Rise Village Services by Sirrom Corporation

BDO’s M&A team acted for Delaware North on the sale of its Australian-based facility management business, Northern Rise Village Services Pty Ltd.

Northern Rise is a facility manager who has contracts with remote mine sites, to provide catering, cooking, airport, and property management services.

Sirrom Corporation Pty Ltd is a remote facility manager based in Queensland. The acquisition expands Sirrom’s national footprint and marks its return to the Western Australian market.
