ASG Group is a leading IT business solutions provider with services including business strategy and advisory, infrastructure and managed services. Having previously been listed on the ASX, ASG Group was acquired by Nomura Research Institute (a Japanese-based consulting and IT solutions group listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange) in 2016.
In March 2020, ASG Group announced the acquisition of Group 10 Consulting – an information communications and technology consultancy firm based in Canberra with a significant portfolio of public sector clients.
