Aware Real Estate acquires stake in 100 Market Street

Aware Real Estate, the property platform of Aware Super has acquired a 50 per cent interest in 100 Market Street, a premium office asset located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

Strategically positioned within the broader Westfield Sydney precinct, 100 Market Street is one of Sydney’s most prominent commercial office assets. The property spans ten floors and is leased to a diverse mix of government and corporate tenants.

This transaction establishes a new partnership between Aware Real Estate and Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Hong Kong), while further strengthening Aware Real Estate’s Australian office portfolio through investment in a strategically located asset.
