Banyan Software Inc. has completed its acquisition of Harrier National (Sales) Pty. Limited (Harrier), an Australia and New Zealand-based business that provides software solutions for warranty, roadside assistance, and customer retention to automotive dealerships.

Banyan Software is a leading global acquirer and permanent home for enterprise software businesses with a growing presence in Australia and New Zealand. Its mission is to acquire, build, and grow leading enterprise software businesses with strong positions in niche vertical markets.
