BDO advises Doors Plus Group on its sale to Australian private equity firm Colinton Capital Partners
Shareholders of an iconic Australian residential doors business, Doors Plus Group, have completed the sale of the business to Colinton Capital Partners, an Australian private equity (PE) firm.
Doors Plus Group is the leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of residential doors, related complementary products, and full installation services for the retail consumer market across Australia through 22 showroom stores.
This transaction marks the transition of Doors Plus Group from a family-owned and run business to a PE-backed business with new growth opportunities.
