BDO advises Kinetic on acquisition of Tassielink Transit

BDO acted as adviser to Kinetic, providing financial and tax due diligence services on the acquisition of Tassielink Transit, one of Tasmania's leading bus operators.

Tassielink Transit operates six contracted General Access services connecting Greater Hobart with the Huon Valley, Tasman Peninsula, East Coast and Southern Midlands, along with services in the Launceston region and on Tasmania's West Coast. The business operates a fleet of 39 buses from its Derwent Park depot and satellite locations across the state.

The acquisition reinforces Kinetic’s long-term commitment to supporting the state's growing public transport network.
