BDO advises RAM Income Capital Limited on ASX-listed note issuance

RAM Income Capital Limited, part of the Real Asset Management Group (RAM Group), is a leading Australian alternative asset manager founded in 2010. RAM Group provides tailored investment solutions across credit, real estate, and private equity to institutional investors and individuals globally.

As part of its capital markets strategy, RAM Group proposed the issuance of listed notes on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). To support this process, RAM Group engaged BDO to deliver an Independent Limited Assurance Report (ILAR), which included a review of historical and pro-forma financial information and assistance with the financial components of the ASX application.
