BDO advises Welltech on sale to Vysarn

Our deal advisory team is pleased to have advised the shareholders of Welltech Total Water Management (Welltech) on its successful sale to Vysarn Limited (ASX:VYS).

Established in 1995, Welltech is a leading provider of construction water supply, bypass operations, water well drilling and groundwater management services across Australia. Welltech supports major infrastructure, mining and construction projects through its specialised water and sewerage solutions.

Vysarn Limited is an ASX-listed, vertically integrated water management business. The acquisition brings together two complementary businesses and provides a platform for continued growth and an expanded water management offering across Australia.

BDO's team acted as lead adviser to the shareholders of Welltech, providing sell-side advisory services including, negotiation, deal management and due diligence coordination throughout the transaction. The team was led by Peter Toll, Partner, Deal Advisory, together with Jack Brook.
