Digital Wine Ventures (ASX: DW8) is an Australian based company that invests in technology driven businesses servicing the global wine and beverage industry.
Digital Wine Ventures has made several acquisitions over the last 12 months, including:
- Kaddy Australia (October 2021) - a Sydney based technology company that operates a B2B marketplace within the Australian beverage industry that connects customers to suppliers through their online platform.
- Parton Wine Distribution (July 2021) - a logistics business with operations in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne.
- Wine Delivery Australia (October 2020) - a South Australian based business offering wineries a discounted freight solution through an online transportation management system.
