BDO has advised the shareholders of Farrelly Construction Services Pty Ltd (FCS) on their sale to Ahrens Group, a fifth-generation Australian construction, manufacturing, engineering and fabrication group.

Ahrens expands its mining and industrial services with the acquisition of Farrelly Construction Services. The acquisition is set to strengthen Ahrens national mining and industrial services capabilities, complementing existing operations in South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland.

FCS brings valuable synergies to Ahrens’ current offerings in key areas such as structural, mechanical and piping fabrication and installation, scaffolding, electrical, civil services and project management.
