iCatalyst acquires Beyond CRM

BDO is proud to have advised iCatalyst on its acquisition of Beyond CRM, a Brisbane-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM specialist.

Established in 2021, iCatalyst is a Perth-headquartered Microsoft Dynamics specialist with more than 70 employees and offices in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Founded in 2015, Beyond CRM focuses on delivering tailored Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions. Additionally, Beyond CRM offers proprietary, customised solutions, including Kickstart and Domestic Violence Support, which are designed to support specific client needs.

iCatalyst engaged BDO’s deal advisory and tax teams, led by Tony Schiavello, Lachlan Cantwell and Matt O’Bryne, to provide buy-side M&A advisory, tax due diligence, deal structuring and transaction documentation support throughout the process.

The acquisition expands iCatalyst’s presence in Queensland and strengthens its Dynamics and Power Platform capabilities.

The BDO team’s work, ably led by Tony and Lachlan, meant we were able to jointly investigate, negotiate and ultimately successfully complete a key moment in our business’s maturity with our first acquisition in Beyond CRM.
