RSK Australia acquires water and engineering specialists ADENCO

ADENCO Water Management & Civil Engineering has served Australia’s resource and commodity industries since its inception in 2015. Headquartered in Perth, this acquisition sees RSK Australia expand their geographic footprint into Western Australian as they enter the Australian mining sector.

RSK Australia is seeking to leverage the skills and experiences of its global family of mining businesses to position ADENCO for substantial growth. The company’s major clients include Rio Tinto, BHP, and Roy Hill.

BDO Corporate Finance was engaged by RSK Group to perform due diligence on ADENCO ahead of its acquisition.
