TSG acquires Central Coast Mariners FC
BDO Australia and BDO UK provided financial and tax due diligence services to support Total Soccer Growth Holdings’ (TSG) acquisition of Central Coast Mariners FC.
TSG holds interests in several international football clubs, including Queens Park Rangers and Los Angeles Football club, bringing multi-club ownership expertise and a vision to grow the global reach of football.
The new ownership of Central Coast Mariners FC restores stability to a club that had been under the stewardship of the Australian Professional Leagues (APL) since early 2026.
As part of the transaction, TSG will acquire the club’s men’s A-League team and academy structure, including both men’s and women’s development pathways.
The acquisition highlights the growing international appeal of the A-League, supports global investment in football, and reflects the rise of multi-club ownership models.
