He has gained exposure across the financial services, retail, manufacturing, and education sectors, with a particular focus on manufacturing and agribusiness.

As a Director in the Audit & Assurance team, Angus partners with senior management and Boards to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services. He is recognised for his ability to distil complex accounting and business issues into clear, practical insights, while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams, executives, and audit committees.

Angus plays a leading role in overseeing engagements from planning through to completion, combining strong technical expertise with a commercial and collaborative approach to ensure efficient delivery and consistently high-quality outcomes.

Experience

  • Manufacturing and agribusiness – Working with a range of large, operationally complex and asset-intensive businesses, including ASX-listed and privately owned groups involved in timber processing, advanced agriculture, engineered products and industrial equipment. Experience includes inventory valuation, cost of sales, capital-intensive operations, and group reporting
  • Financial services – Supporting ASX-listed lending and financial services groups, with exposure to complex loan portfolios, provisioning, regulatory compliance, and evolving reporting requirements
  • Retail – Working with established Australian and international retail brands, including omnichannel businesses with high transaction volumes, multi-store operations, and inventory-driven models
  • Education – Delivering audit services to large independent schools with significant operational scale, including boarding facilities, capital programs, and diverse revenue streams across tuition, fundraising, and ancillary services
