She is known for her strategic thinking, calm leadership, and collaborative, people-focused approach, with a strong ability to align teams and initiatives to deliver consistent national outcomes.

Belinda specialises in designing and implementing operating models, governance frameworks and strategic initiatives that improve consistency, transparency and performance. Belinda partners closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen operational effectiveness, enable scalable growth, and free up capacity for client engagements by embedding practical, high-quality ways of working.

Her experience spans national strategy execution, quality and risk frameworks, operational transformation and workforce enablement across professional services environments. She has worked across a range of sectors including oil and gas, mining and resources, heavy industry, agriculture, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and international development.
