Executive summary 

Daniel is a Partner in BDO’s Audit & Assurance team based in Sydney. He has significant experience working with ASX-listed mid-market companies, large multinationals, private equity-owned businesses, and founder-led start-ups. Whilst audit is his primary focus, he has experience leading other assurance and advisory engagements focused on systems, risk, and controls. 

Daniel has built his commercial and technical experience over 20 years at global professional services firms and industry finance roles, in both Australia and the UK. Whilst his experience spans a wide range of industries, Daniel has a particular passion for the healthcare sector, where he brings deep expertise and insight, having worked closely with private and public healthcare organisations over the last eight years. 

Daniel’s approach to client engagement is built on trust, collaboration, and connection, qualities that ensure client needs are consistently met, and relationships remain strong. He is focused on building trust by delivering quality outcomes and insights, collaborating to solve problems, and supporting businesses navigating challenges and issues, including connecting with experts at BDO.
