David Kwong

David is the Melbourne Lead Partner for Project & Infrastructure Advisory.

David specialises in providing advice on complex infrastructure projects, precinct regeneration, and public policy initiatives.

David has over 15 years’ experience helping private and public clients solve problems around how infrastructure should be conceived and delivered. His work includes infrastructure planning and feasibility analysis through to the activation of urban and regional areas.

Prior to BDO, David led the Australian and Pacific infrastructure and precincts advisory practice area for a global consulting firm listed on the New York Stock Exchange. His experience also includes senior executive leadership positions within government agencies, leading to the provision of advice that reflects an understanding of public and private interests.
