Kent is a Director in BDO’s Deal Advisory team based in Melbourne. He specialises in financial due diligence, supporting private equity, investors and corporates to make informed decisions in complex transaction environments. 

With over a decade of experience across Australia, the Middle East and Asia, Kent brings a global perspective to mid-market and large transactions. He has led both buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements across sectors including technology, energy and renewables, healthcare, education, and consumer industries. He works closely with private equity sponsors, founders and executive teams to identify key risks, validate value drivers and support confident decision-making.  

Kent combines strong technical expertise with a practical, commercially focused approach. He is known for delivering clear, concise insights that align with investor priorities and support successful deal execution. 

Kent is actively involved in business development and values building long-term client relationships. He is committed to developing high-performing teams and improving how transaction insights are communicated to clients.

• Strong advisory experience across the transaction lifecycle including sell-side preparation, deal execution support and input into completion mechanisms and transaction documentation 
• Broad sector experience including technology, energy and renewables, healthcare, education, consumer and industrials.

• Fellow Member, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
