    • Vendor due diligence for the sale of NAK Hair's sale to Adamantem Capital.
    • Vendor due diligence for the TEN Group sale to Fortitude Investment Partners.
    • Valuation and due diligence services for Fiji National Provident Fund
    • Due diligence for MAAS Group Holdings in relation to many acquisitions
  • Provided financial advice to Government on over 15 major infrastructure projects, including:
    • Corporate advisory work for Stanwell Corporation and CS Energy
    • Assessment of proposed water infrastructure
    • Port of Brisbane Motorway
    • Evaluation of a proposed windfarm in northern Queensland
    • Pre-feasibility study of agricultural infrastructure in the Maranoa region
  • Performed over more than twenty valuations for utilities and mining assets, for clients and assets including:
    • The Rolleston Coal Mine.

  • Prepared dozens of Independent Expert Reports for public companies:
