- Government and private sector clients - Advising on strategic and confidential reviews focused on repositioning for sustainability, service delivery reform and capability building in law enforcement, public safety, emergency management and justice.
- Policing agencies - Advising and leading significant reforms across five state based policing agencies. Stefanie has worked at the most senior levels of police, justice and emergency services, and is an advisor to the Australian Society of Evidence Based Policing (ANSEBP). She has architecting complex reviews of the operating models in policing, strategy redesign in operational areas and help shape the strategy and policy direction for three state based policing agencies.
- Large environment and energy department in Victoria - Review of emergency services’ capability to prepare for community response related to class one and two emergencies.
- Humanitarian organisation - Working with the executive team to position them for success related to delivering their five-year strategy.
- Humanitarian organisation - Quality review Partner for Australia’s largest humanitarian organisation, leading a significant operational, organisational and system transformation program, and architecting the future scale of work and workforce.
- Global mining and resources client - led the review of the code of conduct for a large global company, focusing on rewriting the code, enabling it to be more accessible and inclusive and then developing a high-level engagement strategy.
- A global accounting firm - Led the Cultural Change program for two of Australia’s largest banks as a response to the royal commission into banking. Both projects reported to the CEO and Board.
- A global accounting firm - Lead partner for several engagements for a power and utility compny, including being engaged by the CEO and COO to undertake a strategic communications and stakeholder review; undertaking an organisational redesign of the training function across WP; advising on leadership and talent strategy; and implementing of safety change and culture program. Stefanie also oversaw the training compliance review of the organisation’s safety training program.
- A global accounting firm - Quality review Partner for several of the firm’s most complex programs. Stefanie oversaw two significant transformation programs in Queensland State Agency and Victorian Government agency implementing significant reform and transformation through technology including SAP and Microsoft.
- A global energy company - Change lead for implementing the back-office safety system, which delivered critical benefits to the operational assets and staff to promote and ensure safety was maintained. The system and ways of working were designed to deliver business objectives and effectively understand, take, and manage risks. This project won an award for the company and is cited as an example of exceptional change management.
- An Australian Government federal department - Change lead for the four-year logistics transformation program for the department, providing transformation, change management and workforce transition advice, resources, and implementation support. The program implemented deep reform across the department’s logistics network, with a particular focus on storage, distribution and land materiel maintenance. Stefanie designed and provided strategic input into the change and communications strategies and activities to assist the department in implementing successfully across the stakeholder environment.
- US Government Department of Health and Human Services - Transformation Lead for the largest Oracle implementation for the US Government. Stefanie led the business transformation and change management effort, including leadership engagement, workforce transition and readiness, training, and communications for one of the largest Oracle Federal Financials systems integration at a Federal Agency in the US. Stefanie was also responsible for working with the CFOs and senior executive staff across these agencies, advising on all aspects of change management and human resource implications. The project was managed within the time frame and budget and was overseen by the President’s Office as part of the reform agenda in US Government.
