Autosports Group acquires ten Barry Bourke Motors dealerships in Victoria

Autosports Group Limited (Autosports Group, ASX:ASG) is an ASX-listed automotive retail group specialising in prestige and luxury brands across Australia.

Autosports Group announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire ten Barry Bourke Motors dealerships in Victoria, for a total consideration of approximately $34 million.

The dealerships include Audi, Volvo Cars, Jaguar Land Rover, Geely, GMSV, LDV, Peugeot, Renault and Suzuki in Berwick, and Jaguar Land Rover in Doncaster.

The acquisition strengthens Autosports Group’s collaboration with key partners including Jaguar, Land Rover, Audi, Volvo Cars and Geely, while expanding Autosports Group presence in Victoria.

Autosports Group engaged BDO’s deal advisory team, led by Daniel Coote, and BDO’s business services team, led by Grant Cameron to provide financial due diligence and corporate advisory to support the transaction.
