LVP (nee Liverpool Partners) has completed the acquisitions of Libertas and Silfen, integrating them with Tambla Business Services and rebranding the combined group as Libertas. This creates one of the largest independent SAP consulting specialists in Australia and New Zealand, with a diversified client base across government, infrastructure, health, education, and more.

Libertas is a full-service SAP partner that delivers advisory, procurement, implementation, and managed services to upper mid-market, enterprise, and government clients. The combined business will be led by CEO Chris Fydler, with the founders of Libertas and Silfen remaining actively involved.

BDO, led by corporate and international tax partner, Matt O’Byrne, provided tax structuring advice and tax due diligence on the target businesses, supporting LVP in executing this strategic roll-up.
