Executive summary
Adam is a Partner in the People Advisory team with BDO in the Sydney office. He is focussed on helping organisations get value more quickly from new technology through effective change management, with a particular focus on SAP, including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other ERP solutions. He works directly with clients and through technology vendors to manage the change on the most complex of transformations.
Adam’s work is all around driving up levels of user adoption and helping clients get benefits more efficiently from technology by getting the people elements right in a transformation.
Adam works across various sectors, including energy and natural resources, consumer business, technology, media and telecommunications, health and higher education.
With over 17 years’ experience, Adam has worked on a range of Australian, UK and US based projects, including with offshore delivery teams in Manila and India.

- Microsoft - Change associated with the implementation of Microsoft D365 in finance for an Australian Television network
- Google - Change management associated with a Google Workspace roll-out for an Australian Television network
- Oracle - HCM and finance implementations for higher education and energy clients
- Workday - Workday change initiatives in the higher education sector across HCM and finance
- Salesforce - Change management associated with the implementation of a healthcare platform purpose-built for disability and aged care providers in Australia, including Skedulo and UKG
