  • Lead GST adviser for major government and infrastructure projects, including transfer of development assets, transfer of indigenous infrastructure assets, GST due diligence, review of systems and GST contract reviews.

Build-to-Rent (BtR)

  • Lead GST adviser to various investment managers and developers in the BtR space, providing GST advice and structuring, and advice on GST law application for state-subsidised affordable housing.

Not-for-Profit

  • GST adviser for health, aged care, social housing, and disability sectors.

Natural resources and energy

  • GST adviser for large, multinational natural resources clients

  • Adviser for a large ASX listed company, providing national group review of GST controls and ATO justified trust requirements
