  • Agency funding strategies: Led projects across a number of Federal Government agencies to conduct detailed analysis of the appropriateness of agency funding structures including consultation with portfolio and central agencies to seek stabilisation of funding levels or increased funding.
  • Agency public program transformation investment: Led business cases supporting significant government policy objectives for the Department of Defence (multiple areas) and Federal Government Agencies. 
  • Financial management and complex cost analysis: Led multiple projects across the Department of Defence managing and costing billions of dollars of Defence capability including developing financial management reporting, program finance management and cost assurance activities across multiple domains. 
  • Charging and pricing reform: Led projects to review and develop charging models based on Activity Based Costing (ABC) and the Australian Government Charging Framework.
