Nick is a Partner and founding member of BDO’s Project & Infrastructure Advisory practice in Melbourne.
With over 18 years’ consulting and project delivery experience, he has a proven history of delivering successful private and government infrastructure projects and programs, transformations and delivery optimisations, as well as a significant understanding of PPPs, flexible contracting models (ITC, managing contractors and alliances), rail, and toll roads.
Prior to joining BDO, Nick spent over seven years at a global accounting firm advising and supporting delivery of multi-billion-dollar major capital and transformation projects, and ten years at a global engineering firm working on and delivering major transport and infrastructure projects.

- Engagement partner responsible for advising a government statutory authority undertaking a stadium upgrade project on compliance with state government high value high risk guidelines, and on preparing for each project gateway
- Engagement partner responsible for all strategic, commercial, and financial advice in relation to multi-billion-dollar mining and port infrastructure expansion feasibility
- Engagement partner responsible for all commercial, financial, and delivery advice relating to a multi-billion-dollar rail upgrade, including strategic, procurement, commercial, financial, transaction, property and delivery advice.
