• Trusted advisor to Australian organisations across the Mining, Energy, Marine and Digital sectors on navigating regulatory compliance, supply chain challenges, and social and environmental responsibility
• Energy sector organisations across Europe and the United Kingdom – Development and execution of regional sustainability and decarbonisation strategies, including emissions reduction programs, governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement and sustainability reporting support
• Embedding sustainability considerations including climate and human rights into procurement and supplier management

Operational risk and resilience:

• Design and delivery of health, safety and environmental management systems aligned to international standards, incident reduction programs and operational risk governance
• Business continuity planning and crisis response support, including COVID-19 response strategies and safe return to work programs across multiple countries

Transformation and program delivery:

• Program and project leadership supporting performance improvement, digital enablement, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes
• Change management and adoption support for enterprise systems, remote operations and new technology commercialisation
