Reminder to directors of CATSI registered entities to apply for Director Identification Numbers
Following on from our previous article on the requirements for directors to apply for a Director Identification Number (director ID), this is a reminder that directors of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations registered under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (CATSI Act) who were appointed on or before 31 October 2022 must apply for their director ID by 30 November 2023. This applies to for-profit and not-for-profit CATSI registered entities.
