BDO advises Brosnan Group on its acquisition of Klaar

Brosnan is one of Australasia’s largest remedial building companies, headquartered in New Zealand.
Klaar is an Australian remedial building business based in New South Wales (NSW).
Under the transaction, Brosnan acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Klaar, while Klaar’s owner took a minority share of Brosnan. This structure enables Klaar to retain its trusted, local leadership, while benefiting from Brosnan’s scale, extensive experience and proven systems.
