Toys"R"Us ANZ Limited and subsidiaries (subject to DOCA)

Current Status

• Luke Andrew and Duncan Clubb of BDO were appointed as Administrators of Toys"R"Us ANZ Limited; Toys R Us Licensee Pty Limited; Mittoni Pty Limited; Hobby Warehouse Pty Limited (the Companies) (All subject to Deed Of Company Arrangement (DOCA)) on 4 June 2025
• At the creditors’ meeting held on 10 July 2025, a DOCA proposal submitted by Directed Electronics Australia Pty Ltd was accepted.
• The DOCA was formally executed on 31 July 2025, and Luke Andrew and Duncan Clubb were appointed as Deed Administrators.
• The Deed Administrators are currently awaiting ASIC relief under section 606 of the Corporations Act 2001, and relevant documents have been lodged with the court to obtain approval.
