  • System implementation and project management: managed teams of system implementers through the full system implementation lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, configuration, unit testing, user testing, data migration and go-live execution.
  • System implementation enhancement: implemented health checks and led the re-alignment of underperforming programs. Applied IT best practices and agile principles, upskilled delivery teams, and re-established project baselines to improve implementation outcomes.
  • Process mapping and redesign: initial analysis of the current state to formulate the future state, communicating the redesigned processes to system implementers, business stakeholders, and change management teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Business operational reviews: management of operational reviews leveraging data insights, workshops and industry research to drive targeted business improvement and sustainability.
