At BDO, we view sustainability as an extension of our commitment to doing the right thing, influencing everything from the way we build relationships to how we show up for each other and contribute meaningfully beyond the business. It reflects our values and is a guiding principle for how we operate, grow, and lead.
Our 2025 Sustainability Report reflects these principles through the initiatives implemented and progress BDO Australia has made during the 2024-25 financial year.
For BDO, and in the broader market, 2025 has been a time of reflection and transition. Notably, we mark our Golden Jubilee, celebrating BDO’s growth, connection and impact during its 50-year history as an Australian network.
As we continue to adapt our approach to sustainability, we strive to further integrate it as a fundamental part of our governance, strategy, and core operations, so we can act with a collective purpose and measure our progress. We continue to share our sustainability journey, not as a voluntary gesture, but as a testament to our values and dedication to transparency, accountability and meeting the needs of our stakeholders.
